Video calls and WhatsApp discussions are scheduled at your convenience — whether that means early morning for clients in the UK or evening for families in Canada and the USA. Our office is based in DHA Phase 6, Lahore, but our communication is entirely flexible.

When you work with QualityGhar from abroad, we manage everything on the ground: architectural design and approval drawings, interior design and material selection, contractor coordination and site management, material procurement and quality checks, DHA, LDA, and Bahria Town approvals, weekly documentation and progress reporting, and final handover with complete documentation.

Every construction phase is documented with itemized invoices. You approve each payment before work continues. No vague lump sums, no unexplained costs. Grey structure billing is phase-based, and finishing work is tracked with transparent documentation.
Do I need to visit Lahore?
No. Many of our clients complete their entire project without visiting. However, if you plan to visit, we schedule key milestones around your trips — such as material selection visits or pre-handover walkthroughs.
Can a family member supervise locally?
Yes. We can coordinate with your local representative — a family member, friend, or trusted contact — while keeping you directly informed through all our regular reporting channels.
